For me, creating art is about finding a quiet place to ground myself when life feels overwhelming, confusing, and moving too fast.
I wanted to capture the exact feeling of trying to keep your footing when the tides are shifting beneath you. The heavy, fractured textures of the shoreline at the bottom, the gritty reality of staying present, while the soft sky reflects the endless thoughts and uncertainties we all carry, while hope is always there. It is a reminder to myself, and to anyone who looks at it, to stay anchored, breathe, and find solace in the steady ground beneath our feet, no matter how chaotic life gets.
